Responsibility:

• support validation activities for components such as door latch handels and shifters.
• Manage testing and experiments for chassis components like wheels and tires.
• Lead a validation/durability porject for GM China Engineering.
• Collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, and quality team to ensure components are tested correctly.
• Communicate with global engineering team to review validation status and updates.
• Report to leadership the findings of the project and ideas for future improvements.

Qualification:

• Major in mechanical or automotive, and master is preferred.
• Familiar with engineering CAD/CAE, and testing.
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
• Drive for results, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good problem solving capability, interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently and team work with others.
