Responsibilities

1. Search qualified candidates with various techniques (job board, referrals and direct sourcing);

2. Screen CV efficiently;

3. Make the first-round phone interview with candidates and make comments;

4. Set up and maintain talent pool;

5. Arrange interview in the form of F2F, phone and zoom ;

6. Support the Summer Intern recruiting and other administrative work. 

Requirement

1. Bachelor or above, major in Human Resources / Foreign Languages are preferred;

2. Fluent English both in written and speaking;

3. Good at PPT making and beautification;

4. Good communication skills and logical thinking;

5. Team player and quick learner;

6. At least 4 days per week.
