Job Description:

Recruiting

-Assist recruiting team to create and file properly the related documents

-Post job vacancies both internally and externally

-Interview arrangement and coordination

-Weekly meeting minutes

-Support intern management incl. recruitment of intern, on-board and exit process of intern.

-Support to submit application documents of work/residence permits for foreign employees.

-Support contingent projects or/and events.

-Other administrative tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirement：

-Can make 6 months or longer internship

-3 to 4 working days per week is preferred

-Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

-Good learning skills

-Fluent in both verbal and written English
