Responsibilities:
1. Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for client talent acquisition assignments.
2. Conduct communication with applicants, collect resumes and make pre-qualification on potential candidates.
3. Maintain company system and talent database, source and identify potential applicants.
4. Contact potential talents and pre-qualify potential candidates.
5. Support consultants to manage marketing issues and brand building.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with oversea experience would be a plus.
2. Strong learning ability, good marketing research skills and information consolidation abilities.
3. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
4. Good time management, multi-task, and project management skill.
5. Be passionate, self-motivated, take initiative, honesty and commitment to clients.
6. Can work under pressure, customer focus sense.
7. Can work at least 3 working days per week.
