Description of Role

1. Understanding clients requirements (what needs to be done and how), under the guidance of a project manager

2. Conducting extensive research on a variety of research/consulting projects

   1. Developing knowledge of research topic

   2. Data collection – primary and secondary

   3. Data presentation in English

3. Participating-in brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights and recommendations (throughout the project)

4. Participating in client communication (including both telephone and face-to-face discussions) throughout project lifecycle

5. Ensuring perfect delivery on tasks as allocated

   Expected Qualifications & Skills

1. Language skills (verbal and written):

   1. Excellent English skills

   2. Good commend of Indonesian

2. Knowledge of different cultures and ability to work in an international environment

3. Exceptional learning capabilities and a good work ethic

4. Students with valid student ID Card
