JOB PURPOSE

Execute the daily Demand Flow operations, follow the directions from Supervisor and Assistant Manager and report back any operational issues, communicate with Sectors Globally, cooperate with related departments and functions internally and externally like quality, sourcing, Global Logistics, carriers as well as OEM suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Daily Demand  Flow operations

    Receive Purchase Orders (PO) and forecasts from the Sectors/countries globally

    Record the POs  into shiplog and /or other related IT systems

     

• Accountable for operations.

    Ensure that production and shipping of all POs will happen on time as confirmed to the sectors/countries

    Follow up the production plans and any changes on those and record the data accordingly

• Cooperate with related departments and functions internally and externally

    Daily communication with Global Logistics to assure correct bookings

    Communication with quality department in case of any issues or problems are identified

Educational Background  / Professional Qualification  Requirement

• Bachelor degree holder

  Skill/Competence　 Requirement

• Basic knowledge of international trade, transportations and shipping

• Good analysis ability

Minimum

• Basic skills in written and spoken English. Local language speaker for the countries working in
