Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare all the paper works for the bank accounts opening,closure,bank signer change,entity information update with the banks in China

-Collect the signatures and company chop for all the banking documents and internal approval documents and make the proper filling

-Collect the treasury reporting data from the plants and consolidate;

-Perform basic analysis on the data;

-Support the team on other miscellaneous works;

-Translation of various documents

-Assist in payment tracking/document preparation for N1 charges to China entities (basically IT/WAN charges);

-Conduct basic research on emerging tax matters;

-Assist in monitoring RHQ charges out (to WOFEs),collect and prepare supporting documents;

-Filling for supporting documents regarding RHQ service charges to non-consol entities;

-Arrange our tax database and file outstanding documents properly.

Job Qualifications:

-Major in Accounting or finance

-Finance/Accounting related or English  language major;

-Confident in communication in English and translation between Mandarin and English;

-Interested in tax  and treasury work;

-Dilident and quick learner;

-Able to conduct independent online/telephone research;

-Organized and self-disciplinary.
