【工作内容】

2. 帮助部门同事完成报销流程,提交报销单;
3. 负责部门文件加盖公章、合同章或财务章;
4. 领取发票并负责邮寄等相关事宜;

6. 在保证部门正常运作时,协助并支持部门同事工作。
【Job Description】
Collect and organize Excels;
Complete the process of reimbursement for colleagues;
Be responsible for sealing documents;
Collect invoices and handle the relevant matters;
Assist colleagues to fetch deliveries, scan and print files, etc;
Complete the process of TAP, GEC & TEC for same department colleagues.
For effectively running the business, be the back-up to support colleagues’
assignments.
【职位要求】
本科及以上学历,金融,财务或相关专业;
全职,或一周至少三日在岗,四个月以上任期;
能熟练使用office办公软件如excel;
工作细心,有责任心,踏实敬业;
有良好的英文沟通能力。
【Requirement of Position】
Bachelor or above, major in finance/accounting/or others;
Full-time job or four work days once week at least, duration for more than four
months;
Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Patient, responsible, dedicated;
Fluent in English communication.
