Overview of job
This is a new position for Data & Analytics team for serving the needs of key clients’ digital operation needs, it requires the candidate to handles on several different areas, including data analytics, performance optimization, and platform management.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the General Manager, Data & Analytics Services, and Associate Director.

Measures of success –
In three months:
Understood all main process of clients’ digital operations project.
Understood how to manage clients’ digital platforms.
Handle regular data analytics reports that client required.
In six months:
As administrator of client’s digital platforms, handle all daily operations work.
Responsible for providing various type of data analytics reports that client required.
In 12 months:
Solving challenges & issues that emerges in clients’ digital operations project independently.
Be able to contribute own point of view for planning & development of clients’ digital operations project.
Responsibilities of the role:
Support the work of our mobile app analytics and app store marketing clients, helping them to achieve outstanding results with their own branded apps. Become a full-stack digital operator, not only doing excellent work at his/her own area, but also could support on other areas of digital operation.
What you will need:
A highly details-driven personality with an affinity for working with spreadsheets and data
An interest in expanding your skills set to move up the analytics value chain based on early delivery of key reporting and data process goals
A good & fast learner, has strong ability to figure out most of the issues by himself/herself
Strong logical thinking ability
Mathematical & Computer Science background is a plus
