Description：We are looking for a junior Assistant with passion, enthusiasm and willingness to growth to office general administration. This person will have a unique opportunity to join a young and rising VC accelerator. Our office environment is energetic and has a leading start-up cluster in China. We provide excellent platform for social and professional networking and individual development plan.

Location：Wework, the People Square area, Shanghai China. 

Responsibilities： 

l   Daily administration work to the office and organization.

l   Setup and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, activities and conferences

l   Comply with the organization's regulations and procedures

l   Support HR, Finance Department with facilities expenses and routine activities

l   May conduct research, compile data and prepare draft documents and reports.

l   Support other function if needed

Education requirement：

l   Bachelor or above

Seniority Level：

Qualifications：

l   Fluent English in both oral and written.

l   Knowledge of MS office; outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

l   Experiences from VC and start-up or western companies is plus.
