To assist Sr. Manager, CRM on CRM projects and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

CRM Projects:

1. Follow up of CRM campaign materials: Collateral / Gift design, production, allocation and replenishment

2. Work with IT and retail team on CRM Campaign weekly Report and monthly report

3. CRM contract and payment follow-ups
   
   

CRM Regular Operations:

1. By week Customer Registration form collect from store;

2. Customer Profile cross check and information key-in

Requirements:

1. University students, major in Art, MKT or Analysis; Key universities or post graduates are preferred

2. Love sports industry and willing to learn new knowledge

3. Patient, pay attention to details and result driven

4. Good time planning and is able to work under pressure

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English
