To provide daily operation support to China Office HR Shared Services team in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Check and update China job postings in various local job portals;
Conduct CV screening, cold call to verify candidates’ information and direct search under supervision and guidance from recruiter;
Track the status of referral cases and make timely update in system;
Draft and publish WeChat articles, including monthly job positing and other promotion articles;
Help with the interview coordination;
Talent Development (20%)
Book accommodations for training participants and trainer;
Prepare training room and training materials according to the course request;
Maintain the training records both online and those hard copies.
Others (10%)
Manage contracts and arrange payments;
Provide ad hoc support for other tasks upon request;
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing related field is preferred;
Fast learner with high enthusiasm to Human Resources work;
Detail and result orientated.
Competent in both written and spoken English;
Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), WeChat operation experience as a plus;
Be able to work at least 3 days a week.
