Position: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of daily cv sending to clients and keep the record;
2. Coordinate interview arrangement with recruiters and minimize the interview no show rate;
3. Collect information from client and share to team accordingly;
4. HR related work;
5. Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
6. Prepare various reports base on internal and external requirement;
7. Support on other tasks of recruiting team;
8. Ad-hoc issue solving.
Must have:
Good work attitude and communication skill;
Good commend of excel;
Good command of reading and writing English,
Reliable, outgoing, proactive, result-oriented, can work under high pressure
Related working experience as admin, HR or any coordinators role is a plus.
