Job Responsibility

Support Sourcing Manager on Contract Management, e.g. follow up contract approval process, tracking contract status and CLM maintenance.

Support Sourcing Manager to organize supporting documents (e.g.  Proposal, Quotation, Evaluation form, etc.) for PO issuing and track the PO approval status.

Support Sourcing Manager on regular category Spend analysis and monthly Saving Analysis.

Support Sourcing Manager on vendor code application and other system maintain.

Maintain and regular update documents in team shared folder, e.g. supplier contact list, contract list etc.

Support Team Lead on team operation, coordinate team meetings.

Support ad hoc team requirements, e.g. daily bidding project etc.

Requirement：

Master degree is required

Skilled in Microsoft Office operation (i.e. word, excel, PPT)

Fluent in reading and writing English

At least 3 days one week and 6 months lasting internship
