Job Description:

1. Responsible for BCL(拜耳中国) all intern positions recruitment. (job posting, CV screening, phone interview, F2F interview, recommendation to hiring manager)

2. Assist to BCL social recruiting work.

3. Administrative work for BCL recruiting team.

4. Support on Line Manager's different programs.

Requirements:

1. More than 3 days per week and last for 4~6 months.

2. Good English skills in both oral and written form.

3. Outstanding communication skills and work enthusiasm.

4. Diligent, hardworking and interested in HR recruitment.

5. HR related internship experience is preferred.
