The role:
Talent Acquisition Intern

Your Contribution:
· Experience and support in whole recruitment process: initial candidates’ attraction, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting phone interviews for adhoc position, managing the hiring paperwork and on boarding process.
· Tracking, updating, and maintaining candidate statuses in recruitment system; Working with global talent team on continuous improvement in system.
· Support TA project such as Internship program, Employee referral, and other Employee Branding initiatives.
· Generate and manage job posting on all recruitment channels;
· Consolidate recruitment data through recruitment agency management and generate weekly recruitment reports accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
· Passionate in people
· Fluent English skill in both written and spoken.
· Detail and process orientated.
· Logical thinking and always eager to learn.
· Good communication skill and team work spirit.
· Guarantee of working at least 3 days per week
· Education: Bachelor or Master Degree.
