Key responsibilities:

-       Initial sourcing candidates and creatively posting job vacancies in various channels

-       Data gathering and carrying out analytical tasks under direction

-       Communicating and presenting findings and ideas in a clear, focused and persuasive manner

-       Achieving results and developing deliverables in a team environment

-       Structuring own work and deliver in accordance with agreed timescales

-       Initial telephone screening

-       Maintain and update high quality talents

-       Support interview arrangements

Key requirements:

-  Bachelor degree or above (985 or 211), intern experience is highly preferred

-  College year 3-4 with interest in recruitment industry as full time employment post-graduation

-  Must be able to do at minimum 4 days per week, prefer full-time

-  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, active thinking and problem solving skill, fast learning and analytical thinking ability, enjoy interacting with people

-  Must be bilingual, be result driven and willing/interest to work in high pressure, fast pace environment

-  Passionate and success driven. Ambitious to develop a career with high level of specialty and expertise

-       A proven track record in Account management/Relationship management, as well as business development

-       An energetic and ambitious degree-educated individual
