Talent Acquisition Intern
Burberry China Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for a passionate, innovative and proactive professional to become part of our team!
Key projects you would be working on:
1) Support in daily Recruitment Deliveries
Assist the Talent Acquisition team for candidate sourcing (which includes market researching/mapping, CV screenings, phone interviews, and interview arrangements, etc.)
Operational support to assessment centers (which includes prepare materials for the event and on-site coordination, etc.)
Operational support to high volume recruitment activities
Support the recruitment channel efficiency (which includes maintain and maximize the usage of Linkedin, and job boards like 51job, liepin, etc.)
2) Support programs related to Employer Brand and Channels
- Coordinate overall logistics and documentations to build our employer brand assets and collaterals
- Develop other social media channels among young talents in different societies
- Explore online talent communities (e.g. school BBS, Linkedin groups, etc.)
- Explore offline talent events (e.g. LGBT job fair, oversea returnee club, industry job fair, etc.)
- Format and polish JDs to attract talents for retail stores and head office
- Data management (e.g. brand index)
- Keep trendy and connected with the digital world and bring idea to real life
3) Provide operational support to Tools and Systems
- Administrative support to the implementation of global tools and systems
- Administrative support on local initiatives

Additional qualifications include:
- University Student working towards a Masters/ Bachelors Degree.
- Strong passion to luxury/fashion industry as well as HR field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin & English)
- Detail oriented, proactive, creative, persistent, communicative, and self-motivated
- Able to provide quick response without compromising quality.
- Able to work for at least 4 days a week and more than 3 months;
- Basic knowledge about HR operation or former HR working experience is a plus
