职位描述:
1. Establish and maintain regular contact with key global / local operators, architectural - and design firms to introduce the brand and products, assist in selecting products, writing proposals within assigned area.
2. Closely co-ordinate with the SSA hospitality account manager and the SSA business development team within the assigned area.
3. Be knowledgeable in international design trends and specifications
4. Build trust and rapport with international clients in SSA region to create economic partnership
5. Displace competitors’ product and make KOHLER brand the primary choice of these global operators, architectural and design firms
6. Build personal relationships and build trust with key stakeholders.
7. Recommend how to support the clients’ needs while increasing our sales potentials
8. Evolve innovative engagement programs for specifiers in order to build long term relationship with the community.
9. Benchmark effectiveness of Kohler specifier engagement program vis a vis those employed by competition.
任职要求:
1. Diploma or certificate in Architecture or Interior Design would be preferred
2. Has passion for sales or marketing scopes
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally
4. Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
5. Possess good aesthetic and understanding of design trends in interior/architectural, and be able to speak in the language of international caliber designers.
6. May have opportunity to have business trip to Africa in the future.
7. Can work 3-5 days/week, better can work full time .
