Responsibilities:

- Draft and distribute After Sales Marketing communication briefings to the dealer network

- Consolidate dealer campaign data and generate reports accordingly

- Assist in making After Sales Marketing ppts accordingly

-Dealer cost confirmation and cost recharge quarterly

-Monthly invoice payment process

- Initiate dealer orders and logistics control

-Coordinate with warehouse on marketing materials stock management

-Administration tasks (e.g. Meeting room booking)

-Onsite support if needed

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Excel and PPT skills

-Proficiency in English

-Good communication skills and details oriented

-At least 4 days/week

-On board date: February 1st , 2018
