主要目标Main objectives:
通过寻找与发展合作机会开发亚洲市场
Build market position by locating, developing and defining business relationships
主要职责Main responsibilities:
- 寻找与联系潜在合作伙伴,开发新的合作机会
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- 通过分析市场策略、购买需求、财务能力等方面来筛选潜在客户,处理内部优先级
Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
- 建立谈判策略及立场,研究新合作伙伴给公司策略及运营带来的潜在机遇与风险,估测对方的需求及目的
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
- 整合各方需求,协商合同条件,为销售签单做准备
Prepare new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
日常沟通Communication:
- 每日与CEO沟通Daily communication with CEO
- 定期与市场和销售总监沟通Regular contacts with both Marketing and Sales Directors
- 与法国总部定期沟通Regular contacts with the head office in France
岗位要求Requirements:
- 硕士及以上学历Minimum master degree Internship with sales position
- 有过销售相关实习经验 Sales experiences (including internship) with direct contact with the clients preferred
- 英语流利,会法语者优先Fluent in English, French is a preference

- 善于发掘潜在机遇Prospecting Skills
- 制定销售计划Sales Planning
