His/her role is to support the Danone Water BU Marketing team on promotion tools development, Internal/External communication, Social Media Management, Competitor Monitoring and Analysis, Payment Implementation & PPE tracking. Job Description: 1/ Assist on Project exécution -Help line manager developing project timeline and responsible for the tracking -Help line manager on industry & consumer study -Help line manager on collecting competitor information/market activity 2/ Internal/External communication and coordination -Communicate with internal sales team -Communicate with agencies to figure out unclear process in projects; -Co-ordinate execution tasks involving multi stakeholders. -Team facilitator on meeting / activation organization 3/ Payment Operation & Tracking -Under supervision of brand/trade marketing, work with external(agency) and internal(finance) to ensure confirmed quotations will be paid timely; -Organize payment tracking 4/ Other ad-hoc Project Requirements: -Full time availability is ideal, at least 3 days available per week, internship experience in FMCG company in Mktg dept is a plus -Working Period 6 months -At least year 3 or 4 in 985/211 university, business related major is preferred -Proactively Attitude -Problem Solving and Flexibility -Communication and coordination Skills -Priority Management -Open-minded and pro-activity results and oriented to details in execution -Strong users of Digital platforms (wechat, weibo, e-commerce,…) -MS Office fluency, strong user of Chinese digital platforms -Mother-tongue in Chinese and fluent in English (compulsory)
