Role:
- Support Staffing team on daily recruitment and maintain regular reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Staffing team on daily recruitment:
- Independently responsible for 3rd party hiring (Contractor + internship);
- Manage requisition posting via ATS (Application Tracking System) on time;
- CV screening on ATS and external job boards (51Job, Zhaopin, LinkedIn, etc.) for junior levels;
- Coordinate with team member on the interview arrangement;
- Assist all Mainland new hire on boarding procedure from 'Employee Update’ issuing to on-boarding arrangement follow up;
- Maintain regular staffing report for management review;

2. Project Coordinate:
- Assist team member on data manage / analysis by project needs.

3. Support ad hoc work assigned by team member.
