Key Responsibilities

1. Edit the identified stories in both Chinese and English and develop the layout of internal newsletter – Asia Pacific & India newsletter for publication on every three weeks basis.

2. Translate key global news for both internal & external communications.  

3. Support in other copywriting, e.g. urgent press release translation, workshop documents

4. Support in weekly media monitoring report

5. Close communication with SBUs to collect information, content, arrange meetings, and etc.

6. Support in social media, e.g. WeChat layout, campaign

7. Support in agency management, e.g. follow up

8. Support day-to-day communications work, such as internal document maintenance, payment request and admin works.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, majored in Public Relations/English is a plus

2. Solid practical experience in communications, preferably with solid internship experience in MNCs

3. Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English

4. Strong proof-reading skills

5. Good interpersonal & communications skills

6. Team spirit, down-to-earth working attitude
