Assist engineer team in various tasks and duties Assist engineer with research, development and design of projects Assist engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as Construction standards as assigned Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving field construction issues Help resolve discrepancies and clarifications with Architects,Engineers, owners and contractors Assist with Owner, Architect and Engineer Punch list, including set-up and tracking completion of listed items including Owner sign-off Perform Construction related inspections and punch lists/defect lists remediation follow up Report progress and help collect deliverables Proper scheduling and quality improvement systems Assist for the permitting and building inspection process through the local jurisdiction(s) Assist the Operation team for the Club Med Green System appliance Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master's degree program, Construction Management is a plus Strong academic record Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English Computer skills in MS Office applications Ability/Desire to work in a team environment 【福利礼包】 1、超级nice 超级棒的leader，丰富学习成长快 2、超级active 超级逗的小伙伴，开开心心下午茶 3、超级challenging 超级酷的工作，每天110软妹币
