Brief Task Description

1.Responsible for safeguarding company chops and ensuring company policy are strictly followed.

2.Responsible for Uniform Delegation of Authority (UDA) maintenance across the region, ensures that all authorization cards/delegations have been filled and approved properly. Perform regular review in SAP and related systems to ensure the UDA are configured 

3.Responsible for audit on T&E expenses across the region, and provide to management on any potential non-compliance activity. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Review APAC Business and Travel policy regularly with feedback collected through audit.

Qualifications

- Education: Min. bachelor in Business Studies, Science and automotive engineering.

- Experience: Relevant internship experience in automotive industry is preferable.

- Skills & Competence:

1.Strong analytical skill with detail and target oriented thinking.

2.Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytical system (excel, PowerPoint and word is crucial).

3.Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with business partners and Asia Pacific office.

4.A responsible, highly-motivated team player with a keen learning attitude.
