KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

The Lab Assistant is responsible for assisting lab testing, demo samples preparing, the general management, safety, tidiness of the whole lab And other lab works arranged by lab supervisor. The Lab Assistant should work in according with lab work processes and EHSS instructions of company.

- Participate in the work of lab management. Help to share daily work, including purchasing and arranging raw materials, tools and lab necessities, maintain and monitor the lab equipment and responsible for repairing or contact supplier, preparing demo samples and test facilities, perform according to the requirement of lab supervisor.

- Inputting data to computer and some simple lab management work regarding computer operating.

- Keeps the tidiness, health and safety of the whole lab according to the regulation and procedure of EHSS.

- Perform according to lab work procedure based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO14001.

- Use properly the equipments and tools, maintain the lab equipments and recording and report the damage of equipments.

- Maintenance the good state of all the lab materials, samples.

- Responsible for Good communicate and cooperate with other lab assistants for the lab daily work.

实验室助理主要负责辅助完成试验测试，样板制作，一般的试验室管理，维护整个实验室的安全整洁及由实验室主管分配的其他工作。实验室助理的工作应严格尊守试验室的工作流程及公司环境，健康及安全的相关规定。

- 负责参与实验室管理工作，主要包括实验室用原材料，工具仪器及日常用品的购买及分配；维护并监控实验室仪器设备并负责简单维修或联系供应商；准备并制造展示样品及测试模具；根据实验室主管的要求负责其它实验室相关的工作。

- 负责向电脑系统内输入数据及涉及到电脑操作的简单实验室管理工作。

- 根据公司环境，健康及安全的相关规定及流程确保实验室整洁，健康及安全。

- 根据基于ISO9001及ISO14001的实验室相关操作流程进行工作。

- 合理使用实验室设备及工具，负责实验室设备维护及损坏仪器设备的记录及报告。

- 负责维护实验室原材料及样品。

- 负责与其他实验室助理进行良好的沟通及合作以共同完成实验室的日常工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- Education of vocational school on construction material or chemistry or have full working experience in dry-mix mortar company or construction related work.

- Familiar with some basic office software, such as Word and Excel.

- Good at operation skills, especially for application work related to mortar testing.

- Good ability of communication and understanding, good at team operation work.

- Perform overtime testing if necessary.
