职责描述：
1.Document Control 
2. Net Promoter Score Programm
Answers retrieval 
Data collection and upload into system
Detractor and comments translation 
3. Regulation database maitain.- set up & change in a timely manner 
4. Audit adminstration preparation
5. Other task assign by the manager

任职要求：
Bachelor Degree or above
Good command of office automation software
English: Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
Meticulous work, patient, strong pressure ability, good team player.
Relevant telephone research or quality system management is preferred

Allowance：RMB 110/day (Pretax)
