职位描述

岗位职责:

1/( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

2/ (15%) Operates a telephone switchboard or console, used with a private branch exchange (PBX) system to relay incoming, outgoing, and intersystem calls.

负责前台热线的接听和电话转接,做好来电咨询工作,重要事项认真记录并传达。

Greets visitors by a polite and professional way, determines the nature of visitors' business and provides appropriate information.

负责来访客户接待、基本咨询和引见, 严格执行公司的门禁制度。接待访客,热情得体,礼仪周到。

Follow the company guard policy. 遵守公司的安保政策

Manage the visitor access card管理访客卡

3/ (19%) Performs basic clerical work such as mail delivering, conference room reservation, hotel reservation etc. Handle daily express delivery out/in. Supplier communication and settlement for payment.

行政事务(如:信件收发、会议室预定、酒店预定等)的辅助及公司内外部快递处理,供应商沟通及结算。

ask for picking up express when use DHL ,Fedex and Xiangyin联系快递

ask price when people sent personal express个人快递询价

4/ (20%)  Stationery purchase, issuance and management

文具库存的采购、发放以及管理。

daily consuming and registration ;日常文具登记

monthly stock checks and replenishment ;每月库存检查

purchasing extra needed stationery购买文具

Settle the payment monthly with vendor付款

5/ (5%) Statistics of office consumptions purchase, performance indicator report etc.

办公室消耗品采购统计,业绩指标报告等

6/ (5%) Drinking water supply, manage the vendor to deliver the drinking water and perform periodical cleaning on time and perform monthly settlement with vendor for barreled water and bottled water.饮用水供应管理

use new supplier (check the number of water dispenser and barreled water to change it );管理饮水机供应商

supplement water every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 办公室饮用水供应管理

7/ (3%) Letter distribution and envelope/letter paper preparation

公司信纸/信封准备和整理

8/ (11%) Air-ticket booking and hotel booking. Travel arrangement.

机票及宾馆预定,行程安排。与机票供应商沟通及结算。

issue the tickets when TA is finished;出机票

booking and issue tickets for those who haven't assistant's departments;协助无部门助理的部门预定机票与出机票

print TA when monthly settlement

9/ (10%) Support to facility team 为设备部门提供支持

10/ (7%) Daily ad hoc support (hotel booking, umbrella borrow etc.)其它日常活动支持(预订酒店,急借伞管理)


任职要求:

1/ College or Bachelor degree大专或本科学历

2/ Basic office application skills基本的办公室应用工具技能

3/ Basic English skills required具备基本的英语听说读写技能

4/ Mild, patient and warm温和,耐心,有亲和力

5/ Good listening and communication skills良好的倾听与沟通能力
