Position: Imaging Algorithm Intern

Report To: Imaging Scientist, Kavo Group, Danaher Development Center

Location: Changning District, Shanghai

Commitment requested: 3 days per week, lasting at least 3 months

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Able to manage your time flexibly for school and company and be sure not to procrastinate the assigned intern work 

2.      Follow the instruction of the mentor of internship and proactively take the ownership of assigned work.

3.      Analyze the existing product code and understand its inner logic or rationale

4.      Periodically report or present the work progress to the mentor or cross-team when needed

5.      Willing to build up project-related domain knowledge beyond the major through self-study or training

6.      Test and validate the developed algorithm by taking some lab work under the guidance of the mentor

Qualifications

1.      Master Degree or PHD, major in Biomedical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields

2.      Focus on research field of image processing or computer vision

3.      Able to do basic algorithm analysis

4.      Skills and programming experience of HW/SW acceleration algorithm using CUDA or OpenCL
