职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Solves external and internal customers problems:

解决内外部客户问题:

  • Provides product information including catalog numbers, delivery, discounts, pricing, specifications, etc.

提供产品信息,包括目录号、发货、折扣、定价、规格等

  • Interprets Company policy with respect to damaged goods, exchanges, returns, warranties, etc.

解释公司对受损货物、换货、退货、保修等的政策。

  • Sends necessary correspondence including letters, literature, quotations, etc.

发送必要的文件,包括信件、资料、报价等

  • Interfaces with internal departments (primarily Marketing, Technical Service, and Finance) as needed.

根据需要与内部部门(主要是市场营销、技术服务和财务)进行接口

  • Enters customer service orders for existing accounts.

为现有客户输入服务订单。

  • For internal customers (primarily Marketing and Sales) assists as requested.

为内部客户(主要是市场和销售)提供协助。

  • Responds to customer technical emails in the Technical Service mailbox.

在技术服务邮箱中回复客户技术邮件。

  • Working knowledge of service products and field service territories.

服务产品和现场服务领域的工作知识。

  • Deal with service invoice, copy, scan, archive, delivery.

处理售后服务发票,复印,扫描,存档,邮寄

  • Create LH tickets for engineers in CRM system everyday

每天在CRM系统中创建移液器服务订单

  • Support to service AR collection

支持售后应收账款的收集

  2. Other tasks on request 其他任务要求等

任职要求:

  • Education: College degree in administration, business or natural science edc.

  • Good English skills in writing, read and translation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability of administrative work

  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Good Team player and can work under pressure
