Arcade ‘LIVE’ - The Creative Internship Program that exposes creative interns to ‘live’ client briefs

Arcade is a mobile-first creative agency. We help brands play a more meaningful role in people’s lives. Arcade creatives are multifunctional. Our ideas cut across many different channels, with mobile at the core of everything we do.

By joining Arcade ‘LIVE’, you will get the chance to work on ‘LIVE’ client briefs with the aim of creating work that you can put into your portfolio. You will be learning creative thinking tools such as 50 Boxes, Three Golden Circles and Think Wide/Think Deep amongst others. You will get a chance to participate in brainstorming sessions with Arcade creative teams.

You will be assigned to a creative group and you will have a creative leader that will assign you daily and weekly tasks where you will:

Receive a creative brief

Be involved in ideation

Help bring the ideas to life

Help prepare the presentation deck

And, possibly, attend a production

Daily, weekly and monthly expectations

Daily tasks include:

Learning how to read a creative brief and applying yourself

Learning creative thinking tools and putting them into practice

Building up our visual and video library

Researching related campaigns done by other similar brands

Creating mockups for presentations

Participating in brainstorming and research

Assist your assigned creative leader

Weekly tasks include:

Deep diving into youth trends and behaviors

Sharing exciting creative work that you have seen

Sharing your university life and student culture

Monthly tasks include:

Preparing a review of your month’s work

Who we are looking for

Final year interns with one or more of the following skills set:

Creative writing - Journalism, Public Relations, Literary, Social Media, Mass Communications etc

Graphic Design - Illustration, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Architectural Design etc

Digital Design - UI/UX, Web Design, App Design, 3D etc

Basic Video Production - Video shooting, Editing, Motion Graphics etc
