▪ …As a direct contact and response person to customer’s complaints.
▪ …Provide quick and accurate feedback for customer complaints, Drive plants provide 8D report to customers with 4weeks,
▪ …Deal with Continental’ s “0”Km and field warranty return issue at customer site,
▪ …Register 0km and field returns parts in the CQTS and coordinate the part transfer to Conti Plants
▪ …Establish close work interfaces with the plant customer service functions
▪ …Join pre-analysis / pre-selection at the customer warranty return centers, resulting in reduction of part returns and related costs
▪ …Negotiation of Technical Acceptance Factors
▪ …Define matrix for Weekly /monthly report and include all of Customers and CSE information
▪ …Collect the quality information from Customers and fill out the weekly/monthly report
▪ …Tracing weekly/monthly report and updated quality issue information into CQTS
