Role of a Marketing
Professional at Spring
Spring Professional
is currently the on the lookout for a junior Marketing Executive with less than
1 year relevant experience in marketing. The Marketing Executive will work
closely with the local and the regional marketing teams to execute and facilitate
with various marketing and branding initiatives and projects of Spring
Professional in mainland China, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO and
brand promotion, brand identity penetration, event management and marketing
research.
This is an exciting
opportunity for junior applicants with great interest in developing one’s
marketing and branding skill-sets. Additionally, the environment of
professional recruitment business also creates a fantastic opportunity to
develop communication skills with colleagues across China and the regional.
Main
Responsibilities
Digital
Social media
contents and banners creation based on requirements from the recruitment teams.
WeChat and Sina
Weibo accounts and operations management, including content schedule, keywords
tagging, engagement plans and others required in the execution process.
Digital marketing
projects planning and execution from local and regional social media channels.
Trends tracking and
content sourcing to create contents that attract and engage Spring’s targeted
audience.
Design
Banner and video
design based on requirements from the recruitment teams.
Outstanding design
skills with the ability to complete artworks from plain sketch to the final
artwork independently.
Facilitate and
coordinate with various marketing collaterals customization requests from local
recruitment teams.
Event & PR
Work closely with
the marketing teams to operate and promote Spring’s on-line and off-line events
in mainland China.
Plan, organize,
execute and manage the process of events with careful thoughts and attention to
detail.
Industry, HR and
networking events tracking. Share latest events information with the
recruitment teams.
Facilitate the
marketing team to prepare and attend awards in the line of business
Candidate Profile:
Hard Skills:
Experience in graphic design is required. Ability to use Adobe software of
PS/AI/ID and Premium/Final Cut, etc. He/she is also required to be highly
proficient at Microsoft office software.
Problem Solving:
Ability to research and think of problematic issues at work with the attitude
and intention of solving problems with the team and independently.
Communication:
Outstanding communications skills in both Mandarin and English. There is a plus
for applicants with experiences in public speaking, model United Nations or
IDEA debate competitions.

deal with challenges and impossibilities at work.
Teamwork: Supportive
