Responsibility 1
 来访客人的接待以及电话接听名片和报刊订阅工作。
reception for visitor ,business card ,newspaper subscription  and receive/transfer the phone call
  接待访客,回答相关问题并提供信息;
Welcome visitor, answer the related question and provide the information
  负责公司电话接听、分转以及传真的转发等服务;
Provide the service of phone call and fax receive/transfer
 公司人员的名片制作。
Making business card for all employees
 协助各部门报刊订阅;
Assist newspaper subscription for all dept.
 两个办公区域饮用水的预定与费用分摊
Reserve water for two buildings and allocate the expenses.
 联系洗衣店车间和实验室工作服的清洗与费用分摊。
Contact Laundry to clean the work clothes of workshop,Lab and allocate the expenses.
 保洁人员的日常管理,确保办公场所的干净、整洁、卫生,负责上报保洁人员的加班申请
Cleaner’s daily management.Ensure office clean, neat and well order and delivery the overtimeapplication.
 每季度对送餐公司的现场进行审核,确保午餐的质量和卫生,督察保洁人员做好每天用餐数量的核实
Quarter on site audit lunch supplier company, ensure the quality and sanitation of lunch is good,Supervise cleaner to check the lunch quantity every day well done.
 行政部门负责的各项费用的分摊工作,包括快递、机票、午餐、固话、礼品、小食品、办公用品等。
Allocate these expenses,such as express,flight tickets,lunch,telephone,gifts,snack and office supplies.
 采购小食品、办公用品以及劳保用品。做好公司小食品管理,统计,收款工作,依据员工的意见,调整小食品种类
Purchase snack,office supplies and labor insurance.Supervise snack food management, consolidation, money gathering,Adjust snack food kind according to employee’s taste
 定期收集整理运动室、打印室及行政部门的两个仓库。
Collect and clear up the action room,copy room,and two storerooms regularly.
职责二     EEweb报销系统, 酒店、车票、会议室和车辆等的预定工作。
Responsibility 2: Hotel, Ticket, Meeting room and Vehicle reservation
 EEweb报销系统;
Maintain EEweb reimbursement system.
 负责酒店、机票、餐厅、火车票的预定工作,依据记录分摊各个费用;
Be responsible for hotel, air ticket,restaurant and train ticket reservation and expense allocation
 公司车辆的预定和调度,收集班车人员的反馈,协助主管调整班车线路。节假日时,负责通知大家提早发班车。
Company car’s reservation and coordinator,Collect the feedback for company bus and coordinate supervisor to adjust lines.Notify colleagues that shuttle bus will set out earlier on festivals.
 为行政部门添加或更改供应商信息。
Change or add supplier informations for admin.
 负责员工生日蛋糕卡,慰问品的购买和发放,看望需要慰问的人员。
Be responsible for buying and extend employee’s birthday cake cards and sympathetic gift. Look in the employee who are in hospital or other people needed.
 协助行政助理办理签证,组织大型会议,以及接待来访领导、审计和客户。
Assist administration assistant to apply visa,organize the  big meetings and manage  leaders,auditors and customers’ visit.
 主管安排的其它事项
Supervisor arranges other items

Requirement:
1. Good communication skills
2. can attend 3 days per week.
3. English is workable
