What you’ll do:

·         Support and monitor the whole process for SG&TW local transportation business from manually create waybill to coordinate all issues during delivery until customer received timely in good condition

·         Support SLOTS pick-up request and orders of packaging materials from partners in APAC region

·         Collect all daily tracking reports from DHL and external broker for SH &BJ gateways, ensure all reports could be received timely and data updated

·         Verify billing documents   

·         Follow up and closely track abnormal issues for shipments during customs clearance, such as meet 2nd commodity inspection, Customs inspection, etc.

·         Quick respond to arrange urgent orders for customs clearance and delivery when received special requirements from CS and VIP team

·         Delivery testing

·         Update daily return report and fill in required data  

·         Unpack returned orders and conduct physical examination according to internal guidelines

·         Refresh long transit report and update the latest status for customs clearance and delivery for 9 major gateways  

·         Support and identify which shipment belongs to different IOR agents from data resources(e-mail and Zendesk) after go live new IOR agent

Who you are: 

• Available to work 3-5 full days per week
• Keen to learn about e-commerce operations, especially cross-border delivery of luxury consumer products
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Enjoy working in an international office environment
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Korean will be an absolute plus
