Responsibility:

Mainly responsible for development of new product including electronic design, research and development, system test, document design and debug record track, coordinate with production team to solve production issue as well.

Details including:

A.   Concept electronic design for new product or project according to specification defined, prototype build and demonstrate test to validate the performance and function, document track record of research and debug.

B.   Research and development for electronic design in project development, work closely with vendors and manufacturing facilities to meet project schedule with best product quality.

C.   Develop test plan, implement system test, find and fix potential problem, ensure designed product good quality and meet UL safety standard and certification requirement.

D.   Resolve technical issues at suppliers and manufacturing facilities, e.g. testing, trouble shooting, ensure production proceed as planned.

E.    Research new technology and electronic circuit application; apply innovation design to new product design work.

F.    Work with material suppliers to get proper materials ready for prototype build during project development.  

G.   Maintain Electronic EDA library of NPI products with other Electronic engineers. 

Requirement:

1.    BS /MS degree, majored in Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automotive Engineering or related field.

2.    Must master electronic design EDA tools like Altium Designer.

3.    Electronic design experience, include analog and digital circuit designing and debugging, various application experience like power design, embedded system, RF/wireless application is plus.

4.    Familiar with UL safety standard and EMC/EMI is plus.

5.    Strong Problem solver, great observational skills, excellent data/evidence collector and root cause analysis capability.

6.    Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.

7.    Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

8.    Self-motivated , Ability and willingness to self-learning.

9.    Intermediate English skills.
