arrangement.

Handle new employee registration, orientation, and leaving formalities to ensure compliance with the respective procedures and policies, with complete records maintained.
办理员工入离职手续,新员工入职培训安排,按照公司规章制度、流程操作,并及时记录
Responsible for employees’ attendance records, leave application and OT records.
负责员工考勤、休假情况、加班情况的记录
In charge of employee benefits such as birthday of employees, birthday gifts, etc.
负责员工福利,例如员工生日、生日礼物等
Conduct the coordination of orientation, such as course arrangement, trainer confirmation, etc.
负责培训协调,例如课程安排,培训人员确认等

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
University student in HR, administration or related majors
人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业的学士学历
Effective communication and patient attitude
做事有耐心,有一定的沟通能力
Detail oriented
做事注重细节
Good command of English and Chinese
英语、普通话良好
