1. Job Objectives:

   The primary role of this position is sales management and administration, technical and application support and liaises with sales and customers, answers queries on both stock and shipment of orders 

     2.    Specific Responsibilities

Junior/Senior college student, preferred 5 days/week, also acceptable for 3-4 days/week

Must have good customer service attitude

Able to handle difficult situations and work under pressure

High degree of good organizational and administrative skill

Marketing / commerce/ technical graduate

Effective spoken and written English

Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Access applications

Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenances agreements

Answers queries from sales and customers on stock and shipments

Answer internal and customers queries on status of orders, discrepancies, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken

Goods delivery monitor

Customers’ payment & credit monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable

Provides technical or application or price quotation and  related assistance to customers, sales and Authorized Valve Distributors

Process valve OEM daily sales orders

Processes sales orders, arranges deliveries in accordance with company practice and in timely fashion

Identify customers’ issues quickly and provide appropriate solutions in time

Answers incoming inquiry calls

Provides administrative support and general clerical tasks
