Position Responsibilities
1. Execute HET relative product sales process to fulfill all relevant documents including not limited: sales order/procurement order input in system, new customer/product code application/credit & invoice application etc.
2. Tracking product delivery plan, trading product shipment plan and prepare all documents accordingly.
3. Co-work with plant colleague to complete material receiving, labelling and goods packing etc. in HMTS.
4. Support sales reporting on sales plan, RFC and AR report etc.,
5. Support department admin work
6. Filing all key documents according to ISO QA procedure
7. Other task assigned by superiorPosition Qualification & Requirements
1. Bachelor degree
2. English written and oral fluent
3. Office software
4. Financial acknowledge and communication skill
5. Careful and ownership on job
