Key Job Responsibilities:

This CEO Assistant will support a wide range of business/partner/channel development opportunities with our CEO. The role will involve project management, market research, business planning, and relationship development responsibilities and activities. More specifically, this person will mainly be responsible to:

l   Support our company’s efforts to build key business partners, relationships, and channels in the career and talent development market to attract interest in our career development platorm, 职商网, (http://zhishangwang.com).

l   Identify, build, and maintain relationships with other career and talent development businesses, platforms, professional organizations, and education institutions.

l   Identify and define opportunities for our platform to build products and services that both the talent market and employers are looking for.

l   Manage and drive projects that can build our reputation and brand in the market.

l   Support the development of career development courses, workshops and presentations by our CEO.

l   Organize and drive user and partner activities and events to build close relationships within these two groups.

Requirements:

l   1-3 years of work experience and the confidence to perform in a very fast-paced, high quality work situation with a foreign executive.

l   Should be a quick-learner, self-motivated, results-driven, curious, open and creative, and enjoy working in a team environment.  Good communication and people skills, project management skills, and resourcefulness are also important.

l   Strong multi-tasking capability

l   Good English skills (CET-6 is must) in listening, writing and speaking

l   Previous translation experience highly preferred
