PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB：
This role will be a technical trainer and support lab supervisor to complete the related lab testing. At the same time, the role will be responsible for the implementation of Training Center Operation Management according to Training Center Strategy. The role will supervise coordination and confirmation of whole year training arrangement and tracking/optimizing Training Center Operation efficiency.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES：
1.Successfully deliver technical training and the satisfaction rate should be higher than 90%.
2.Support Lab Manager to be responsible for part of technical training preparation, technical test and lab management.
3.Be responsible for the implementation of Training Center Operation Management according to Training Center Strategy including supporting GCS and Merieux University to hold ASPAC training in Hub ,managing all internal and external training with over 90% satisfaction and continuously ensure training quality and efficiency;
4.Coordinates internal and external learning programs, teachers, coaches, functional and technical specialists;
5.Evaluate program delivery, learning methods and customer satisfaction to ensure quality is maintained
6.Complete KPI report every month and propose valuable suggestion to optimize Training Center administrative management;

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE：
1.Master/Bachelor degree, good knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare with at least  1 year of experience in training operation management in the healthcare industry. Excellent 2017 graduates will also be accepted.
