Job Title: HR Intern, Learning & Development

Reports to: Manager HR, Learning & Development/Talent Management/Project, JV Integration Program

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Follow up the training arrangement

• L&D Data Management

• PO Issue and Follow up

• Daily routine Training Support

Requirements:

• Prefer currently undertaking postgraduate’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Finance.

• Fluent English in writing and conversation (English Level CET6)

• Strong accountability, detail-oriented

• Available 3 days a week

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
