Job Summary and Mission

Support digital marketing & ecommerce team to do basic daily operation and internal routine work in terms of data, creative, finance…etc.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Starbucks ecommerce platform operation support

-      Arrange “digital product” on the digital shelf

-      Communicate with operation vendors to send digital materials on schedule

-      Data collection and basic data analytics

Finance:

-              Deal with contract, vendor and payment process and good filing all related document

Creative:

-      Art reference collection and consolidate a job brief to agency

-      Make sure all related documents in good filing

-      On-site supervise photo shooting and online communicate with team to check in

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-      Basic knowledge of data analysis, project management, tracking

-      Knowing well about TaoBao, Tmall and WeChat

-      Good Excel, PPT skill and English

-      Good art sense is a plus

-      Having experience of running a TaoBao shop is a plus

-      Good personality, positive
