Purpose:  

Key Responsibilities:

·         Booking fitting models

·         Booking meeting rooms ( for team and fitting meetings)

·         Booking & arranging flight, hotels for business travels for the dev.& pattern team

·         Expense reports to be compiled , authorized and submitted after trips are completed

·         CCS parcel shipment incl. fill out forms

·         Arranging trainee or aYi for un-packing PPR samples

·         Team meeting protocol

·         New comer set up ( IT, computer, outlook address, outlook CCS development list, Telephone No, and all other related things)

·         Organize and responsible for the storage room.

·         Order birthday flowers & cakes for the OPS team.

·         Check fabric L/T vs garment L/T from material usage report.

·         Doing easy FLEX entries for the Dev. team if needed

Key Relationships: 

·         Maintain collaborative relationships and communication within CCS Operations team.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

·         Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English.

·         High capabilities for taking personal initiative

·         A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently

·         Computer-literate.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

·         Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on language or business administration.
