Position Summary

This intern position will assist the Chinese Admissions team with all operations-related activities as well as the operation of the social media accounts. S/he will also have the opportunity to participate in various admissions activities and assist in the admissions consultation and selection process.

Responsibilities

·        Assist in the operation of the social media platforms (WeChat, microblogging, etc.) of Admissions Office;

·        Assist in admission consultation and organizing application materials, etc.;

·        Assist and participate in various activities organized by the Admissions Office;

·        Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification

Required Education:

·        Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·        Excellent language skills in both English and Chinese;

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

·        High sense of responsibility and great spirit of cooperation;

·        Understand social media operations, have relevant experience preferred;

·        Have basic graphic editing and design skills, pay attention to detail, creative.
