Operation
Responsible for HR regular reports (HC, turnover reports etc.) maintenance and basic data analysis
Support on board and exit process, including on boarding package preparation, materials collection, HR system maintenance, etc.
Work with personnel service agent for staffing needs
Manage employee’s personal file
Provide support on other staffing works, such as visa application, residence permit, etc.
Other ad-hoc work from supervisor
C&B
Be responsible for daily HIRIS System Maintenance.
Conducts and analysis survey results to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plan.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation including attendance and leave
Assist to C&B leader for some project’s needs.
Conducts and analysis survey results to assist in comparing various benefits plan.
Explain the inquiry from employee regarding company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures
