JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: HSE Intern
Reports to: China HSE Director
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Weekly incident translation and summary, Bi-monthly incident newsletter
- Monthly 8D sharing material preparation
- Collect and summarize monthly EHS data in system, checking data accuracy
- EHS system management support, including check data reported in SFER (weekly check incident data, audit module data), file download from system and documentation
- Translation of standards, communication materials to JVs, etc and file documentation
- Support office EHS inspection, findings and action follow up
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering degree, prefer safety/mechanical/Environmental/English
- Good command of English
- Available 3 days a week
- Good communication skills and team work spirit
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
