YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the SAP daily operations：Create the sale order & maintain the SD main data in SAP;

2. Support the commercial sales force in daily business operations and help to manage the distributor order, payment , credit and information

enquires, ect;

3. Assist in enforcing commercial sales agreements and regulations with CSF(Commercial Sales Frce);

4. Provide the distributor sales analysis report timely and accurately;

5. Coodinate with Plant and Sales responsible for production supply smoothly.

6. Assuming department administrative work and other tasks assigned by line manager.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Minimum time requirement: 3 day/week, 4 month duration.

2. Proficiency in using computer software: esp. Excel & PPT skill.

3. Detail oriented, with high accountability and great perseverance .

4. Good at written and spoken English.
