Job Description：

-Bank Payment Process, including key in/upload payment details into banking system

-Bank vendors maintenance

-Maintain bank account record and make sure the information is up to date and accurate

-Collection & reconciliation of bank slip

-Process of overseas payments/collection

-Process of Bill of exchange

-Weekly Cash report

-Invoice Issuing and courier to customers

-Cash movement report and forecast

-Customs Payments

-Daily update bank transactions according to bank statement

-cash pooling calculations

-Other ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting is preferred;

-Detail Oriented

-Initiative and responsible, team-work spirit

-Good command in both written and oral English
